Sleep salve is now available. I have adult and children’s. This is made with lavender, camomile and a sleep promoting essential oil blend. The adult salve contains valerian which helps promote sleep, relaxation and aids in reducing anxiety. Easy to use simply apply to the bottom of feet 20 minutes before bedtime. These are 15 dollars per tin.

Now offering Herbal Consults! Herbal consults offer a holistic approach to your wellness journey. Holistic herbalism provides support for the whole person which included physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. The primary focus of the herbalist is to treat people as individuals irrespective of disease or condition and to stimulate their innate healing powers through the use of herbs, diet and lifestyle. Please note I’m not a physician and do not diagnose or prescribe medications.
Initial consults will range from 60-90 minutes, written recommendations will be provided shortly after your visit. Recommendations will include diet, lifestyle, supplement and herbal ally recommendations. One follow up visit of 20 minutes one month post consult is included. Recommended herbal formulas/supplements purchased seperately at a supplier of your choice however, I can make recommendations based on quality and price point. The cost for initial consults is $100

Additional follow up appointments offered at $55 for established clients
Mini consults for acute conditions and check- in offered at $ 35 hour for established clients.

Wellness Roller Blend now available. This blend has been part of or wellness routine for many years. Made with echinacea, rosemary and lavender infused oil and essential oils of lemon, cinnamon, clove and eucalyptus. Echinacea is well know as an immune ally. Rosemary is antioxidant and supportive for the immune system. Lavender is known for relief of inflammation and respiratory support. Lemon is used to aid in relief of cold systems and uplifting to the mood. Cinnamon is known for immune and GI support. Clove is antioxidant and has antibacterial properties. Eucalyptus contains antiseptic and anti inflammatory properties. I have used this blend for the last 5 years specifically for my youngest child. My testimony in the last five years we have managed to avoid many bugs that have circulated. Most recently she avoided strep which circulated in both daycare and school. We’ve never had a stomach bug. This is only a piece of our wellness regimen and as usual I’m not a medical doctor and I do not diagnose or prescribe. The above statements are not approved by the FDA. Now that all the legal is out of the way. These are available for $20. One roller should last a year applied with roll to each foot daily. We do it in the morning as part of our routine.
