✨Here’s the update y’all have been patiently waiting for! ✨

Most of you know that we have been trying to start a family for some time now.. and finally we get the opportunity to do so through adoption!

We got a call from the adoption agency 2 weeks ago and baby boy should be here any day now! (Nesting phase is in full force!)

I don’t know what my future work schedule will look like. From here on out i will most likely be a full time Mom. I’ve been waiting for this for so long and i can’t believe it’s actually happening.

Pretty penny has been my baby for the last year and a half and I’m so pleased with all we’ve accomplished together!

Are you crying yet? Yea, me too! 🥺

Let’s talk about waxing, in particular Brazilian waxing.

We’ve all thought about it but it sounds terrifying, right?

Well knowledge is power and i would like to help ease any fears you may have.

So, how can you prepare for your first wax?

• Making sure your hair is long enough,
the hair needs to be 1/4 inch or longer.

• Exfoliating the skin with either a slightly acidic body wash or a sugar scrub 1-2 times per week.

• Come to your appointment nice and hydrated, avoid alcohol and caffeine at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

What should you wear to your appointment?

• Loose bottoms are a must for the 24-48 we wanna let your skin have a breather.

Alright you got waxed, now what??

For the first 48 hours you should avoid:
• hot showers/soaking in a the tub
• sexual / physical activity
• sunbathing / fake tanning
•exfoliating

After your skin is feeling normal you’ll want to continue your exfoliation routine 1-2 times per week.

Stay consistent, as soon as you get home from your appointment, book yourself another one 4-5 weeks out

Well since it’s National dog day, i figured I’d introduce Penny to those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her.

She’s a 3 year old Caviler King Charles Spaniel, and the apple of my eye❤️❤️ hints why i named this beautiful business after her.
If she’s not sleeping, she’s right at my feet keeping me company.

We both hope everyone is staying healthy during this difficult time. I was really looking forward to getting back to work on Monday but it looks like lockdown has been extended. 🥺
