Wrena Rae is adjusting well to her new life outside my womb. I am soakingher up like she is a ray of sunshine. I will keep you all posted when I return to taking massage therapy clients.

Selfcare Saturday thought. I hope you get time daily. It doesn't always have to be a bubble bath, but the realization you get warm water to shower daily if needed. Or the delicious food you put together for you and your family to nourish your bodies. The sunshine in your face gifting you with warmth and vitamin D. The hike you took that gifted you with beauty in nature, and when you noticed the little things, it was self care. Every moment in our life can be special.
