Welcome to Tempe Post Acute
Tempe Post Acute is located in Tempe, Arizona. We are 4.6 miles away from Banner Desert, 3.9 Miles from Tempe St. Lukes, 8 miles from Chandler Regional Medical Center, 12 miles from Maricopa Medical Center, 12 miles from Honorhealth Osborn Medical Center, and 13 miles from Banner University Medical Center. Tempe Post Acute is 1.5 miles south of the US 60 Freeway on Rural Rd, 2.2 miles west of the loop 101 free on Guadalupe, and 2.6 miles east off the I-10 freeway on Guadalupe.
We offer many activities such as social outings, ice cream socials, arts and crafts, but more importantly we cater activities around what our residents enjoy. We have a "Fiesta Room" designated for our residents where we have a multitude of events and futures weekly to create and foster social relationships.
