Risotto is an extremely versatile dish. The blank canvas of a good Arborio can really highlight any flavors you’re looking for. Mushroom, Garden Fresh Tomatoes and Rainbow Chard, and a Madeira and Sherry Gastrique made this excellent dish. We’d be happy to make it for your next event!
