Luke Barton, Candace North, Race Reiner, Karen Reiner, and Anji Silveri were in attendance to accept the proclamation from Mayor Nicole Gillespie. In recognizing July as Disability Pride Month, Moorestown celebrates the countless talents, experiences and contributions of individuals with disabilities and encourages all residents to take meaningful action to build a community that is inclusive to all.

Town Hall is closed today in commemoration of Juneteenth. (Trash will still be collected). Today we remember our past and endeavor to ensure a future where all members of our community are inherently treated with the respect and dignity every person deserves.
We encourage our residents to join us for the 2nd Annual Juneteenth Flag Raising Ceremony at the Municipal Complex parking lot (111 West 2nd Street) at 6 p.m.
Water conservation is a township-wide effort. Every resident’s actions make a difference.
The township often sees an uptick in water consumption amid rising temperatures. Given the additional strain this puts on the township’s system AND the additional water it requires us to purchase for New Jersey American Water, the township strongly encourages residents to follow Moorestown’s water conservation ordinance.
