It's time to dust off my 🔮 and talk about my predictions for the housing market this year! 𝘈𝘴 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟸 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 - 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥:
★ Interest rates are expected to increase as well but overall, will still remain low.
★ Experts are forecasting that home prices will continue to ⬆ in 2022 but not as drastically as the past couple of years.
★ San Angelo had its market correction from COVID-19 the latter half of 2021 - We're going to see multiple offers throughout the year and that inventory will remain low. Getting pre-approved before looking at homes will be in buyers' best interest.
★ Inventory will remain low throughout the year but more homes (both single-family and new construction) will become available this spring and summer
