Our favorite way to eat eggs is Shakshuka!
Shakshuka is a hot breakfast of poached eggs in a simmering tomato sauce with spices.
There are many amazing recipes for shakshuka, but one of our favorites is a traditional Israeli style with homegrown fresh ingredients like heirloom tomatoes, purple onion, cilantro and garlic! Like this:
