started this journey 2.5 years ago with little to no motivation and no idea what my goal was going forward a year or so later i met Bridger Szymoniak a fee months later he started as my trainer. it took me awhile to get my eating under control due to alot of depression but i did it. today marks 41 lbs down lowest weight ive been in 7 years. good thing someone pushed me to start meal prepping because in january i still weighed over 237 and hadnt gained much progress. today were out 5 days to night of champions body building show. im not where i want to be but exactly where i should be. first pic jan last pics today. past few weeks have been trying to say the least lots of obstacles trying to stop my progress.. shoot i broke my hand with 9 weeks left in prep but i kept pushing..thank you god for the strength and courage to overcome everything 🙏❤️

finished 98% of my gas pipe at the new sunrift. I am just going to install the electric gas valve once it arrives tomorrow morning. Finish trimout here friday im stoked to be wrapped up on such a big project.

We are looking to add a new member to our team. We are a quickly growing, locally owned HVAC/R business here in the Flathead County. Starting wage is 15/hour but goes up depending on experience. This job is listed at 40/hours a week but will often have the opportunity for overtime if the team member wants it. We do bi-yearly reviews so each team member has the opportunity to receive an increase in pay more than once a year. We offer performance bonuses as well
