A fun fixture made to help locate and hold this big chunk of aluminum. The outside pins will expand inside the pre existing drilled holes to captive the part.

Stopped in today to see my buddy Ryan at R.M.S Detailing & More while he was working on a client's car. There is a tremendous amount of time and care that goes into his work, all the way down to hand claying every section! Made lots of chips today! Started work on this 2" thick chunk of 6061 aluminum. I wonder what it could be....😜

🕵👀 Playing with some speeds and feeds on this fixture plate with the 2" shell mill. Always room for improvement but pretty happy with these results. 👌🏼
