‘Women in construction week’ starts today! As of August 2022, 14% of construction workers in the U.S. are women. That might seem low, but the percentage has actually increased at an all time high! The two women on our team are mainly behind the scenes (which is important too!) but when we need them at the job sites they are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to it!

This is it and I am proud of our crew last big job of the year and due to weather we have to finish tonight everyone is hungry and tiered but no one is complaining we have a goal to make and these guys come together as a team blessed beyond belief for great crew and understanding customers

Another one rapped up today and I couldn’t be prouder of my team they continue to show great workmanship and work ethic and a huge shoutout to our Forman Andrew Ierland who has now been doing projects with me for 10 YEARS Happy birthday my friend hope you enjoy a long relaxing weekend (this project included siding, roofing, gutters, gutter screens, trim, and a new deck)
