"Just so you know, I'm probably not going to like any photos of myself" Is something I hear a lot from clients, and it always makes me a little nervous hearing that.

I know that it has nothing to do with me, so I never take it personal; all I can do is try my best to give the client what they're looking for. It's incredibly rewarding when a client really does end up liking the way they look.

My goal is to capture clients authentically while making them feel and look good. Luckily, this client ended up liking more than one photo. Monica Herdrich is a personal trainer in the Elgin area, please feel free to reach out to her for a quote if you're interested.
Though she is fierce and strong, she is equally friendly. She will help you reach your fitness goals.

These are some of my favorites! I couldn't have done it without the help of my incredible assistant/love of my life Rachael Caise Thanks again babe!

Rachael Caise should be on the cover of a magazine, not just for her beauty but because she is the kindest and most generous soul who creates positive ripples in the lives of so many each and every day. She will continue to have a great impact on the world around her because that's just who she is and always will be. I'm the lucky one who gets to call her my Queen. I am forever grateful to God for bringing us together. We have quite a crazy story that started in middle school in 2002ish as locker buddies. Our lives intertwined throughout the years until we started dating at the beginning of a global pandemic 18ish years later. This woman deserves to be celebrated every day and I intend to do just that. Happy Birthday my Beauty Queen! (Her Bday was May 16th)

The Ranch of Hope Reins in Hampshire, IL offers ther**eutic services for children who have experienced developmental trauma.

While interaction with a horse is ther**eutic in and of itself, it is the consistent, one-on-one time that makes the Stable Moments mentorship model so successful. Teaching these children how to communicate with their horse through body language, energy and pressure lets them develop a greater capacity for empathy, social- and self-awareness. As these youth get comfortable in their routine with their mentors and horse, their willingness to apply themselves improves. This success eventually translates to home, school and community settings.

Children who have suffered abuse and neglect have good reason to be untrusting of people, especially those in authority or care roles. For these children, the horse provides an alternative sentient being with whom they can achieve a partnership through trust. This type of relationship—which is often foreign to these children—can be the beginning of building more stable connections with other humans, hence the name Stable Moments.

The Clothesline Project began when a small core of women found a way to take the staggering, mind-numbing statistics on violence against women and turn them into a striking and memorable teaching tool that honors survivors and victims, and raises consciousness.

Inspired by the AIDS quilt, they came up with the idea of using t-shirts hanging on a clothesline—each made by survivors and their supporters and each with a message. “Doing the laundry has always been considered women’s work, and in the days of close-knit neighborhoods, women often exchanged information over backyard fences while hanging their clothes out to dry,” says Carol A. Chichetto, chair of the project's steering committee. “The concept was simple—let each woman tell her own story, in her own unique way, and hang it out for all to see. It was and is a way of airing society's dirty laundry.”

Whistle - Indicates a reported r**e. Keep in mind that most r**es are not reported. Every minute of every day more than one woman reports being r**ed in this country.
Bell - Indicates a woman has been killed in a violent attack. In the United States 3 to 4 women are killed by their lovers or husbands each day.
