Quick Tbrowback to my first deal in real estate... which was one the hardest deals to date even after selling millions of dollars of real estate. I often look at this pic and remember the crazy transaction this was haha.

This was supposed to be an easy transaction since I represented buyer and seller.... However..

Seller was super cooperative and easy to negotiate with, but the one thing about him was he lived out of the country. Being a new agent, I had no idea how the process went and was learning as the transaction moved along. Finding out from my escrow company that we needed wet signatures from the seller.

After failed attempts at getting him in front of a notary at the US consulate and trying to get an appointment with anybody who could get the signatures done, we had no luck. So much to the point where I was considering flying out to the Philippines with my notary to get those signatures done. He ended up flying here to get everything done, and it all worked out 3 weeks past closing day.

Morale of the story is real estate is a mad game, and if you are just starting in real estate and saying it's too hard for you then read this! Stick to it and sales will come. Stop complaining about showing a house with no AC! That's not a problem!! Anyways rant over.

June was a good month. Closed second quarter onto the third.
