👋Meet Commercial Lender Travis McIntyre.

Travis has over 23 years of experience as a commercial real estate lender, helping to finance millions of dollars toward owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied properties in the Central Ohio community. “I appreciate how Park has maintained an intimate, small community bank feel and kept local decision-making a focus to best serve our clients.”

Outside work, Travis is actively involved in the YMCA, including its youth backpack program. He is also involved with Homeport, supporting its affordable housing efforts. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending church activities, playing golf and pickleball and enjoying his car collection. 🚗⛳🏓

Our Process Transformation team— Ganesh Siva, Nuwoo Smith, and Mike Mitchell—along with mortgage lender Matt Simyak and mortgage loan administrator Sharla Hagedorn, came together for a fantastic cause. In just 45 minutes, we handed out **100 hot dogs** to the wonderful visitors of St. Stephen’s. The gratitude from everyone there was heartwarming!

We are going to start the weekend off with a huge CONGRATULATIONS to Robin Kocher for celebrating 40 years with Park! Robin is a true asset to our Trust Department. While Robin has not always been in our Trust department, she has always been at our Bucyrus Office. She has held positions in HR, Marketing and as an Administrative Assistant. Joe has worked in the banking industry for 36 years and has been with us for 18 years. As a commercial lender, he specializes in business banking, business lending and commercial real estate financing.

Meet Jeremy Morrow, mortgage lender at Park National Bank with 25 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending. Jeremy’s passion for his work is fueled by his deep connection to the neighborhood he’s called home his entire life.
At Park, he’s been able to grow both professionally and personally while making a lasting impact on the community that means so much to him. Jeremy’s commitment extends far beyond banking. He’s currently a board member of the Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities, the Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce, the Guernsey Foundation, and the Guernsey County CIC. He also serves on the board and as treasurer for the Museum Association of East Muskingum and coaches for the New Concord Lacrosse Club.
When he’s not making a difference in the community, Jeremy enjoys skiing and boating with his family.

We had the pleasure of celebrating Frank Lloyd Wright's birthday at the Frank Lloyd Wright's Westcott House on June 8 and it was, as it always is, incredibly well done. Kevin has worked in the real estate and finance industry for his entire career. As a commercial lender, he specializes in commercial real estate finance, focusing on multi-family, self-storage, retail and single-tenant lease properties.

Kevin is actively involved in several community and volunteer organizations outside of work, including his role as a board member for Junior Achievement of OKI Partners Butler-Warren County. He’s also a member of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable and the Urban Land Institute. Along with his wife, he is actively involved with the March of Dimes and plans to participate in Habitat for Humanity's Real Estate Community Build this summer.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his five children and nine grandchildren, trying new restaurants and attending live music events. 🎵
