First off we are a family owned and operated business and go above and beyond for EACH and EVERY customer and potential customer. You do NOT need experience in this industry. This is typically a weekend position, Saturday and Sunday’s are Required, mid-week is optional for cleaning/sanitizing days.

Positions needed:

⁃ (2) Seasonal Helpers

These positions require: Delivery, Setup, Cleaning, and Breaking down inflatables and equipment.

These inflatables are not light! They range in weight from 150-250lbs. Yes, they are heavy, but proper equipment is provided to make it as easy as possible. This is HARD work. Mostly consists of pushing, pulling, and lifting. We will train you the correct way to handle heavy loads with minimal energy.

This job is fairly easy, but can be challenging due to delivery constraints.

Qualities required:
⁃ Physically smart
⁃ Organized
⁃ Customer service / Polite
⁃ Forward thinking
⁃ Never late
⁃ High energy
⁃ Attention to detail
⁃ Willingness to learn
⁃ Ability to put ego aside
⁃ MUST be able to work around kids

Helper’s must assist driver at deliveries and pickups and be able to use pressure cleaners, and have communication skills.

Starting pay for:

⁃ Helper is $15/hr + tips

** Tips made at deliveries/pickups and events are split between the Driver(s) and Helper(s) 50/50, tips do NOT go to 321 Bounce!**

*This is a seasonal position that ranges from April to September, if the season extends due to warm weather you will be provided extra work/time*
