Framing is almost done, and soon Zip sheathing will be going on the roof and walls and then Our Eclipse 26ga standing seam roofing.
Strongest post frame around.

Steel package was from Ramco.
Lumber yard sourced their own trusses and columns and provided their own lumber. Concrete piers with perma column wet set brackets.

Starting to take shape,
40x64 Barndominium,
Split down the middle Half shop and half living quarters.

A couple late evenings! but Cement and wet set brackets are done for both buildings

Luckily cement truck was available for the 40x64
But not available on the 32x40 (3 to 4 weeks out) so had to hand mix to keep on schedule.

Getting two! Post frame pads prepped and sono tubes in! Concrete this week, then Materials are showing up this week.
Let the builds begin!

After posting the fly around video of this beautiful Barndo with the silo mudroom entry, the request for the layout was huge! So, here it is.

3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths in 2700 ft.² of living. The silo (or grain bin), is a gorgeous mudroom with lots of windows, a chandelier and a friend’s entrance. The carport is perfect for protecting your vehicles from the sun and hail…and the spacious side storage unit completes the look.
