I took this video back on September 1, 2020. They have made a ton of progress since then!
We purchased almost 5 acres and we are starting out with one tiny home.
We have two neighbors who will also have tiny homes to rent.
Each home will be on approximately an 1-2 acres and will have long-range Mountain View’s, wooded views or wooded valley views.
Located in the foothills just 10 minutes from quaint downtown Franklin, NC and just a quick ans beautiful 30-60 minute drive to adventures galore! Waterfalls, hiking, breweries, Tale of the Dragon, Highlands, Zip lines, waterfalls and pure beauty!❤️🍁🍂❤️

We bought the model off the lot.
Once it’s hauled up our street that we named “Pawprint Lane” and placed onto the ridge in Bear Pen Cove, we will be furnishing it and putting in our own personal touches. 🐻 🐾🐻❤️
We can’t wait!
We are hoping she will be ready to rent around December, we will have to see how things go with the clearing of the land.
