I think about how many times my life could have ended in just one senseless night and I would have left my kids just like my father left me. Leaving them because had to go to prison was bad enough. I’m just grateful the lord saw me through the storm as he promised he would, I just had to listen. I say this to anyone struggling right now wether it’s because your trying to change or maybe your just in a rough patch. I was a homeless teen who had to experience certain things most don’t. I was in and out of juvenile since 14 and hit the big boy cells at 17 and eventually prison. Not only was I involved in the drugs I was addicted to them and not only hurting relationships outside my family but also within. I lost my father to the same drug that put me in the penitentiary. I say all that to say this. It’s not about what you been through it’s about what your about to go through keyword “Through” … meaning you will make it out you just gotta listen and keep going. God bless you guys stay strong you got this he believes in you 🙏🏽❤️
