Recently watched Encanto, heard this song and it hit me. I know it probably will hit others. Especially after the holidays, take time for yourself and find some time to let the joy in. Make the time to relax. It isn't easy but if we don't we will continue with the drip drip drip of pressure. We are strong, we are expected to take it all on but it doesn't mean we have to do it alone.

As a mom when you are getting the kids into the car, whatever you are bringing with you and yourself....on average how many car doors are opened and how many times? I do not think you can physically get into the car without a minimum of 3 doors open. I just opened 4. Interested to see others responses.

You never know what someone is going through. The need to help someone in pain, and to fix it is natural but most of the time people grieiving just need to be heard. They need to be validated that this sucks. So be kind and don't give grief a timeline.
