Absolutely shocked at this guys results within the past year😳! He is now passing me in many of the preformed exercises. Now we are finding new ways for his benefits and new repetitions for better muscle activation and more mind engagement.💪🏽 STAY TUNED because here 🔜 ... we are going to be (🥊 ) and learn new techniques that will really test our own abilities. For all those curious, the first photo shows curvature in my spine and also shows how unaligned my hips are (look at pencil markings). Also in my neck, you can easily see that it’s bending towards the front which is not good. (The ‘C’ in pencil marking is where it should be yet it bends opposite of what it should be) if you are more curious as to what is going on, message me. Other than that I should be back in the gym!!📩

with me, He has went up drastically, his , improving muscle strength and improving in muscle imbalances. By imbalances I mean he legitimately could not squat, now he’s squatting with weight! And could hardly bench 50 without shaking! Now he’s benching 150 lbs!!!🏆 what a champ! This is what looks like, and also what can get you!💪🏽 me for information on how to improve your imbalances and In 3 months!
I will be posting where he started at soon (he was only benching 50 lbs 3 months ago) !!!!
