I probably owe you all a little life update... It’s no secret I’ve been a little quiet on here for the past few months. Honestly, my wedding really took the spotlight for a while; the planning, prepping, mental stress & then the days and weeks after really just flew by. On top of that I’ve been blessed to jump into Real Estate full swing, I thought I would struggle for so long and little did I know, it would be the best decision I ever made. Not only for me, but for my little family too. I craved a life of freedom and before I knew it I was fully engulfed in it. When I have a little extra rope it just makes me want to work harder & keep going for more goals. It’s honestly been sort of addicting in a way. List a house, sell a house, finally close on a house and then repeat the process. I didn’t know what this career change would have in store for me but it’s the best change I’ve made in a while.

This has equated to me just not having a lot of time to work on The Prickly Pear. The time I do have to work I don’t always feel inspired to create, and if you’ve tried create on an empty gas tank you know it’s essentially beating a dead horse. You turn to online to find creativity and end up playing the comparison game and falling into a trap of it. I do have BIG plans for this business I started. I’m not sure when they will happen but I know what my goals are. In the mean time, you may have noticed my website is currently shut down… This is mostly because my year-to-year payment was up and I want to switch my host account 😂 I plan on doing a website revamp & announcing when that will be launched in the future. In the mean time I’ll be shipping out orders today & I’ll be doing story sales because I still have a tonnnn of inventory. I’ll be back in a bigger, better, different way than before and I can’t wait! I’ll be using this account to share my real life and everything that makes me happy, without feeling forced to post product pictures everyday. 🖤

Little did I know the whole time it was right in front of me, we just had to wait for the perfect timing. 🖤

When I look at Trent I’m reminded exactly what it is to be kind & patient, he does not envy or boast, he is not rude and he is not proud. He is not self seeking & he’s never easily angered, he keeps no record of wrongs, he doesn’t delight in evil but he rejoices in truth.
