Do you ever wish you could speak to your younger self? If so, what piece of advice would you give them?

Happy World Bartender Day! 🍸🍹🥃 and shoutout to many people don’t know how far back we go, thank you for always being there for me.

Bartending taught me so much, and I am thankful in large part- to the relationship I built. I can’t say I would be where I am today if it wasn’t for these experiences both good and bad.

I strongly believe that if more people worked in hospitality, they would have a lot more grace and understanding for people that work in this industry.

The cocktail scene in Tokyo is out of world but most importantly the people behind these programs were hospitable and extremely talented. Every movement had a purpose, every person on the team matters, they all work with each-other and for one and other (no egos) they all take so much pride in their work and it shows. I am so grateful for the memories I made and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you!!

One day one of our adventure, we stayed near the Haneda airport- Ota City. We found some amazing gems in this clean and quiet city including a Teppanyaki spot when you bought one food item and you got 3 drinks for free. Let’s just say we went back to this spot before we left back home.

Feliz Año, hope you wore the red Choonies! 2023 has been full of love, a hell of a lot of work but so much to be grateful for. It’s always good to reflect on years past, every single win-even small ones count. Making a small change like making your bed in the morning or cleaning your washboards counts!! Lol I am grateful for my job and the incredible ways it allowed me to grow and learn. Cheers to another amazing 2024 specially with this man who only continues to amaze me with his patience, love, and motivates me to continue to be authentically me. 💕
