Well this page is solely for my close friends that want to better themselves physically.
As requested, a grilled chicken recipe. (Meal prep edition)
Overnight terriaki chicken marinade for 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Ingredients:
1 cup Low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/2 cup water
2 tbs toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 garlic cloves minced
1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp white sesame seeds
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and add to the chicken into large ziplock bag. Marinade over night or atleast a few hrs.
