Kowality Services
Welcome to Kowality Services Inc. a business designed to bring trust and quality to your home in every job.
What are you asking for this Christmas? As you’re searching for a gift that will light up your children, parents, or friend, would you consider helping a friend of mine?
Fenny Long lives here in the Indy area. She works at Lowes in Whitestown and works to help her sister, Justine, in China overcome a cancer diagnosis.
Justine is a single 43 y/o mom of a young son and has colon cancer. She is seeking treatment in Beijing, but is unable to work and pay for it. Fenny is trying her best to send money but needs help. This is what Fenny and Justine are asking for this holiday.
Would you consider giving $10 or more to help Justine and Fenny pay for her treatment? You can read more about it in the link below. Thank you for considering this. I hope your Christmas season is filled with happiness and love. Merry Christmas to you all and thank you.
re surgery after colon cancer surgery, organized by Fenny Long Hi, My name is Fenny, I come from a small village from China. It’s a very sad story … Fenny Long needs your support for re surgery after colon cancer surgery
Installed a new water softener. I can't believe how much space we saved.
Not much to see here, but I had an emergency call that someone's oven stopped working just days before Christmas and they needed to bake cookies! Unable to get the oven out, they asked if I could. I did. I also discovered why it shut off...near Christmas fire. It never tripped the circuit, just died out on its own. Crazy scary time, but I got the stove removed, the electric replaced, and a new stove in, and still time to get the cookies made. And she shared them with me...they were delish!
Cutting out an old Corian sink and replacing it with a large stainless steel sink, with a new garbage disposal, in-sink garbage disposal button, and simplified electric in the cabinet. I love it when the homeowners' kids help. Ha! This one was a special one.
One of my favorite things to do is build useful and strong storage in the garage! I wish I would have taken the pictures with me on each shelf. This was an example of true Kowality!
Got to love the ol' toilet overflow taking out your guest room ceiling!
From shower to bath...
It's been too long since I've posted. Here is a little update on what's been keeping me busy!
Made a ton of progress on the kitchen reno:
* New LVT floor
* Painted cabinets
* Original copper hardware from 1960 restored and attached
* Added crown molding and removed old topper
* Painted walls, improved cabinets, and much more.
* Oh...also installed new countertops, but I forgot to take those pictures. That'll be coming soon.
Once in a while we run into real trouble…this time with mold.
Here’s a kitchen transformation. The homeowner’s father installed the cabinets 60 years ago. She wanted to maintain the integrity of the cabinets while updating them. We are not done yet but you’ll see how it’s coming.
Kowality Services has kept me busy! It’s been a blast to start up ove the last 5 months. Even though I haven’t posted, doesn’t mean we are not helping improve people’s homes. Here’s the latest project - in progress. Changing out a shower to a bath with tile surround. We are a bit more than 1/2 way done. Enjoy the photos!
Finished a great project this week in Zionsville. The job was to finish the bathroom and loft area inside a barn. The goal was to keep the job inexpensive since it was "just a barn," yet still make it look nice, functional, and clean. I think it turned out pretty well. Check out the before and after images below.
I have a few more images to post later.
Thanks to my team for all the effort to make this look great.

And a special thanks to John Conlee and Martha Hart Conlee for their trust, flexibility, and opportunity.
Prepping a home for sale by painting it neutral and giving it a fantastic pop on the outside. Sold in less than 1 week for well over asking in Cobblestone Lakes in Zionsville!
