If you are a parent please help to encourage your children that college is not the only answer. Enrolling while in high school to a trade program is very beneficial. Here we focus on welding but there are so many other great programs to enroll in. This kind of training will help them to develop the right kind of skill set to go in any direction they want after high school. Whether that is additional college, a union apprenticeship, or mentorship the free training that trade schools offer make them a very valuable asset for each school system.
