Wrapped this house up a couple weeks ago. It took some time to complete with all the shortages we experienced this spring and summer, but glad to be able to complete it before Christmas.

We are looking to assemble a small crewed individuals that have skills in at least one of the following trade sets (Framing, Siding, Finish Carpentry, Flooring). Realized we never shared this two townhome mixup that we started at the beginning phases of the virus. Located near Boise State, the floor plans included a full bath per bedroom. 3Bed/3-1/2 Bath (Left) 4Bed/4-1/2Bath (right).These were pre sold unfortunately, so we didnt order professional photos of these homes, but they turned out great.

Fought with the smoky conditions last week and wrapped this up with some traditional Board and batt. Also installed a lifetime metal roof.

This house is going to entertain so hard.

We renovated a barn that was only 15+\- years old. Lots of neglect led this barn to an almost unsafe state. It had the works! Bats,Bees, Mice, and almost every form of insect living in it. It now has a weathertight roof and exterior along with a new set of owner built doors, shutters, and cupola.
This thing turned out really nice.
