When I called the resource center, the volunteer told me they needed canned goods, cup of noodles, water, baby formula/food, hygiene items, pet food, etc.

2.) Let the person in line at the grocery store behind you go ahead of you.

3.) Demonstrate kindness toward other drivers by signaling them with a pleasant smile and a friendly wave.

4.) Sit next to someone who is sitting alone at a restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

5.) Smile and open the door for someone.
