✨Some of you may or may not know this, but I work in two real estate markets. SF Bay Area AND Honolulu, HI. Thankfully, I have the honor and pleasure of doing so because I work with a fabulous brokerage that not only encourages agents to dream big but SUPPORTS it, too!! And being on THE BEST TEAM in the Bay Area is a major bonus!
Why are they the best? I have 1 million reasons why. Here is one of them:
While I am building my business in Honolulu they support me with physically showing up for magical moments like the one pictured here. My *most* favorite part of working with buyers is handing over a set of keys when they become new homeowners.
Thankfully and my sweet buyer agreed to my request for a FaceTime photoshoot for the inaugural key hand-off. Look at how great it turned out!! 😂😂

It’s not perfect if you look close (my wallpaper install is a little crooked, the jalousie window crank has broken, the reglazing has flaws...) but it’s loads better than where it started! It got a tile refresh in Sherwin Williams “Rosy Outlook”, a new ceiling, fresh (vintage) paper, and a bunch of unnecessary thrifted accessories. 💥Looking at the Freddy Mac website, I was given the visual example of the quote "historically low interest rates". It gave those words a lot more depth. It's not just some gimmicky phrase being tossed around.
Seeing this inspired me to share it with you. If you have even just had a fleeting thought of "Can I buy property right now?" Reach out to me. I can help you find the answer to that question.
The loans that are being given are Fixed Rate loans. Meaning, the interest rate you are approved for now will be the rate you will pay for the life of your loan. Right now the average Is 2.75% (average fixed rate 10 years ago was 4.75%).
In this graph, you will see where we currently are (far right).
This is something that gets me excited because I love helping people achieve their goals. This is proof that the possibilities are there!
