Between dispatching and being an office manager, her customer service skills are unparalleled to most. Some of her strong skills include customer de-escalation, customer service, ability to take a 50+ call dispatch grid and re-arrange with no issue.
• Courtni (Overnight Monday-Friday 12a-5am Eastern time) Courtni has been a dispatcher for over 2 years. She is well versed in running a company with 45 cars and 60 drivers. There isn’t anything she can’t handle.
• We are currently hiring and as we hire, small bio’s will be provided to clients. We also will introduce our team members via a phone call.

• How does it work?

• Emily will set up a time that is good for you to have a phone consultation. Upon having the consultation, she will discuss the company needs with you, the responsibilities (can be as many or as few as above) Please also ask if you have other needs if its something we can do for you.
• Once your phone conversation is over, you will receive an emailed quote with an attachment that will be your copy of the options for service.
• From there, if everything looks okay, Emily will send over a docu-sign detailing the quote into a document for both parties to sign.
• After that, we will set up the phone line for you to forward phones to. This will be a local number to your company number in case we need to call your clients back.
• After that, we charge a one-time set up fee of $150. This also covers the phone line, and any training we need to become up to speed with your process.
• We are now ready to start service. Most times we can start the same day.
• After that, we keep a card on file to run either Friday or Monday each week, your choice.
