Just a renewing an old farm house. The floors were in horrible shape with deep pet stains. Luckily we were able to mask most of the stains and bring new life to this old floor thanks to duraseal stains and Procoats H2oil waterbase finishes.

These started out as some well worn and used hardwoods original to the home. We were very pleased with the outcome. Tons of beauty lurking under your feet in older homes.
