Clinic Itinerary
•A complete understanding of the mechanics we teach, how we teach them, and why they are optimal for biomechanics and the physics of the pitch deliver.
•Explanations of all the key terms we use at Fastpitch Power.
•Detailed explanations and demonstrations of all the key components of pitching.
•A complete sequence of expertly developed drills that when performed in order will help you/your pitcher learn, feel, and understand the optimal biomechanics of pitching.
•A troubleshooting section after each drill, which will help you understand all the mechanical issues to look for when practicing on your own.
•Instruction on how to develop a pitching plan to implement the mechanics learned through the drills and transition to pitching from full distance.

I’ve been hesitant to use social media to promote my pitchers, but I have finally given in to pressure from my wife, daughters, and Jill Stevens. So here is my first post.
This is Lakyn, she plays for CKY Edge 10U out of Georgetown, KY. This kid has worked her tail off over the last year and is developing into a great pitcher. This week she had the 3rd fastest pitch in pitching competition at North American Sanctioned World Series for 10U pitchers. I’m very proud of this kid!!
