Fun fact, this is one of the first homes my dad built almost two decades ago, sure has stood the test of time. This is a true testament to the quality J. We do it all here at J. Vasquez Construction LLC! Ran a gas line for a client and got his artificial fireplace installed. We were planning on going through the ceiling but were unable to because of the structure of the home, so we made it work for client either way! We had a client who called us up over a busted water heater, it turned out to be more damage than we anticipated. We were able to remove the old water heater from the attic and relocate the new water heater into the garage. No job too big or small for J. Vasquez Construction LLC!

Take a look at a roof repair we just completed from one of our most recent clients. They had severe rotting and roof caving in, at first glance it didn't seem too bad then once we opened it we had some work to do. No job too big for us! Below are some pictures and videos of the process and how it looked before and after.

So a few weeks ago I get another call for service to see a home that cost this Family Over $330,000. only 2-3 years ago.
“NEW HOME !!”

1.) Water already leaking inside home,
2.) Shingles were installed wrong on many parts of the roof,
3.) Holes in the soffit by the lights about the size of a quarter,
4.) Wasn’t painted correct, turning moldy & missing lots of caulking in areas,
5.) Several Vent pipe flashings already torn which will also cause other water leaks in very near future,
Etc….

I stopped looking at the house because I felt bad for the Family.

The poor Family didn’t want to call the so called “builder” because he never returned their calls and then they didn’t want to have more issues with them again.

These are all real bad issues on a Family Home which they should be going through with a New Home !!
