Memorial Day Weekend 2024 marks our One Year Anniversary as Soul Shine Kitchen at Blue Ridge and the beginning of our busy Summer Season. Adding a few new faces to both the front and back of house teams this year and excited to get this thing up and running again. We’re still just 2 Happy Hippies looking to Cook Good Food and Spread Good Vibes. We Love what we do and we’re so thankful for all the Love and Support we’ve received to help get us here. We're looking forward to seeing everyone this Sunday and getting the 2024 Summer Season under way as we fire up the Barbecue and celebrate our 1 Year Anniversary at Blue Ridge.

Does anyone need a custom made Melon Carving/ Fruit Platter for this weekend? I had someone cancel an order last minute right after I went shopping for all the fruit. In all the years I'm doing this I've never had that happen.
