Check out our updated fitness class calendar! The Fitness Center offers a wide range of in-person and virtual classes to help make fitness fun. Classes are FREE to all members and open to the public with the purchase of a day pass.

Monday-Friday: 5:30am-9:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Slowly setting a new normal!
Some things change, some things don't. New job, same habits.
Another week of down. A few people have asked if I plan to meal prep for people... um, no. I don't have the time or desire to do that. As a I can show you how to set yourself up for success or you can outsource the process to someone else who does that. I use for meal prep when I don't have time. Give her a follow for menu options.
In just a few short weeks, you'll be seeing this sweaty mess somewhere new... 😁

Due to technical difficulties, we are unable to use the MyWellness App "moves" as part of the challenge. We apologize for the inconvenience but can assure you that the additional moves you already accumulated were not wasted! Keep up the hard work!!
My week has already been thrown for a loop, but cheer to consistency.
It's not just you. Literally, no one wants to be at the gym first thing in the morning. Motivation is only going to get you so far, so build a habit while motivation is fresh.
