Our part is done on this tile shower project! The tile turned out beautifully! We started out by water-proofing with Schluter Kerdi board and membrane. Over that, we installed 9x36 wood grain tile on the walls and corner seat, and 2x2 mosaic tile on the floor and back wall of niche. Now, the owner is installing the plumbing fixtures, as well as having glass installed above the half-wall and the doorway. Can't wait to see the complete product!

Photo dump from my latest project. This balcony was on it's last legs. The main structural columns had nearly rotted completely through. We ripped those old posts out and replaced them with some new ones. To prevent future rotting, we set them on some metal post brackets, on top of some brand new concrete. We also added one of the longest flights of stairs I've ever built! This house only has a spiral staircase inside, which is a pain in the but for moving furniture and bigger items up and down the stairs. Now, they will have easier access to the upstairs, through an exterior door at the top of these new stairs.

Pretty much wrapped up with this kitchen remodel today! New cabinets and tops really improved the looks and function of this kitchen!

This was an interesting project. We created an emergency fire escape for one of the upstairs bedrooms. When the living room was added to this house many years ago, the only window in this bedroom was covered up with stone and part of the roof system. We cut out the stone and framed in a barn loft style door with rough sawn cedar. We even installed a rope ladder that stays rolled up between the two doors!

To add more light to this barn, we replaced the siding over this retrofitted garage door with some semi-transparent corrugated siding. Looks a little cleaner and definitely allows more natural light in.

Little home repair jobs for a client that is preparing to put their home on the market. Patched a lot of nail holes, paint touchups, fixing doors that won't close properly, replace damaged screen on porch, paint front door and side lights, repair water damage on ceiling from old roof leak, and caulk counter tops. Really freshened the place up. Keep us in mind if you want your home to look great for realtor photos.

This flooring project turned out great! Love the way this natural maple hardwood looks! 🤌🏻

Finished up the pottery studio project. We framed and finished an 8x16 room inside of an existing pole barn to house this clients pottery/craft hobbies. Turned pretty nice!

More progress on the pottery studio. Drywall has been hung and finished. After the homeowner paints, we can install trim and wrap this project up.

Working on a shelter house for the firepit area on my freetime. There will be a space for a decent sized smoker, the gas grill, and a Blackstone griddle. Probably build a bar with concrete countertop for outdoor food prep and serving. We will have power in it as well. Won't be long until it's ready for the black metal roof. Excited to get this one done! Stay tuned.

This renovation had the laundry room relocated to another room in order to create a new, dedicated half-bathroom. A new dryer vent had to be installed at the new location and the old location had to be patch with some new brick.

All new interior doors installed in this renovation. Definitely an upgrade from the old yellowish colored wood doors that they had before. Still have to install some closet doors and then they will all be updated. Looking good so far!

This homeowner had a pretty good leak coming from their ice maker supply line. Unfortunately, the subloor had already taken a beating by the time they figured it out. So, we cut out the affected area, removed the wet insulation, installed new subfloor, and reinstalled their laminate flooring (I forgot to get a picture of the laminate flooring after completion). These homeowners framed a bedroom and bathroom in their basement. They needed some help finishing the drywall. So, we stepped in and helped them out. Mudding and sanding is NOT fun work, by any means. LOL But, these homeowners are great people and I was glad we could help them out. A little outside of what I normally do, but if a customer needs some Aldis and Walmart pergolas put together, you put together some Aldis and Walmart pergolas!

Another project down. Pulled a couple dead bushes and replaced this old, broken lattice with some new cattle panel. This was a first for me, but I think it turned out pretty nice!

Framing out a room in a barn for the client's pottery studio. We'll be back in a week or two to insulate and finish. Nice little project!

Brought this barn back to life with new siding and doors.
