This weeks featured Agent is our Personal Lines Manager and Medicare associate agent Madison Hostetler.

Today is Madison's 4 year work-anniversary.

Madison holds insurance licenses in Ohio, North Carolina and Florida. She is licensed in property, casualty, life and health in all 3 states. She is the daughter to owner Mitch and niece to owner Shannon

In her free time Madison enjoys spending time with (our favorite co-worker) her dog Palmer, traveling to any beach, attending concerts and spending time with friends and family. After hours you can find Madison at the gym or at a park taking a walk. Prior to insurance Madison was a nursing student, which has helped her with her Medicare knowledge, but 4 years ago she change paths and came to work for HIG! Madison is big fan of the Cleveland Guardians, and enjoys attending games and watching games with her dad. A couple times a year, she travels to West Virginia with her family to get dirty and play around on side-by-sides in the mountains. If she is not in the office, she is most likely enjoying a getaway with her family.

Meet our office dog Palmer... Palmer is debatably the cutest worker on the HIG team. She loves treats and knows exactly when to visit the agents when things get a little stressful in the office. Palmer has been coming to work since she was 8 weeks and a day old. Over the past year she has built up quite the fan club of people who stop in just to say hello to her. Some of her favorites include the FedEx man (who admittedly is more of a cat person) that stops in even if we don't have any packages being delivered and the mailman who fell for her puppy dog eyes and started bringing her treats.

Just last week, the door that usually separates Palmer and the mailman was open. She went out and got her daily treat and some love from the mailman. Once she got bored and he went to leave, she decided to stick her head in his messenger bag to try and treat herself to more milk bones! We all got a good laugh, but Palmer did not successfully get anymore treats.

Palmer will be making the move to Franklinton very soon. She is excited to meet everyone and become a brewdog at Owl’s Roost Brewing, look for her around Franklinton to get some love.... or give her some!

Hostetler Insurance Group- North Carolina updated their phone number.

Madison will be the primary agent in the Franklinton Office! This fall she will moving from the landlocked state of Ohio and heading south to North Carolina.

Aside from her list of insurance qualifications, Madison is also a huge dog lover who gets to bring her golden girl Palmer to work with her. In her free-time Madison enjoys going to the gym, vacationing to any beach, listening to music and trying new food and restaurants. With some family in the area she has wanted to make the move to North Carolina for a very long time and now she gets to make it happen.

Madison is very excited to meet new people and check out all the small businesses located in and around Franklinton. If you have any recommendations on places for her to check out leave them below!
