Hi my peeps. I can’t believe it’s been a year since I have been on here. What a year 2022 was.

November 2021 was the best month I have ever had and within one day everything changed. I had to step back in my career and my business.
I loved what it was for and where God was taking me.

I had the privilege to raise our grandson. We ended up getting involved with the foster system and I was ready to jump fully in and help more kids / parents.

Life was a roller coaster in so many ways. Challenges I never thought I would have. And again within a day everything changed. The biggest trauma of my life happened. Every
Mothers biggest feat happened. Still hard to know how to put into words and process all of 2022.

Heaven gained an angel 👼 on June 1st.

I have the strongest little family. I’m so proud of every single one of them. Life is hard. But I won’t let it take me / us down.

I have been fully back to business and focusing on my practice again. I have really missed massaging and working on my thing. My schedule is available and booking online. If you don’t see a time that works for you please reach out. I will work with our schedules to make something happen.

This summer has been AMAZING!!

I have done more trips this summer then I have in years! Feels so great to explore new spots. The best part is enjoying these trips with my little family.

Horse back riding was part of our Wyoming trip. The boys told me, they would trade in their dirt bikes for a horse. 🥰❤️ my heart was happy. Can’t say the same for my husband 🤣

As summer is coming to a wrap for this fam. I got one more family reunion I’m going to make before I’m done ✅ and of course somewhere new 🙌😊

So…. you know, the work life part. To make all these trips happen. Is going just as amazing! I have such great clients and blessed they share me so well with their friends and family.

I have on upcoming continuing education course. Great detail on shoulders neck and head techniques. It’s a 3 days course, 8 hours a day! I’m stoked!!! Really I am!!! My fav is should neck and head!!! And I’m ready to bring some new tools to my practice!

😂🤣 who else wants to sleep like their husband? Who wants their wife to sleep as good as you?! 😉

If you can’t tell I’m a huge Seahawks fan! I grew up In a little mountain town outside of Seattle. I love the PNW. And have been blessed to call Idaho my home for over 10 years now. Waking up to sunshine everyday doesn’t get old! ☀️

With everyone having their one year memories, of when life was normal. It’s hard to swallow it really has been a year. But life in Idaho is amazing and things are coming back around. We are blessed to be here in this amazing state.
