For all my new followers, let me introduce myself. My name is Zandra and I’m so excited to welcome you all to my Queendom. I’ve dreamed of having my own catering service since I was a free-spirited little girl running barefooted in Jamaica.

It’s always been my passion to transform familiar cuisines with sophisticated twists and impeccable presentation. My Queendom has its genesis in the pretend dishes of my simple childhood, served on leaves and catered with care to the trees and rocks, whom I provided first class service to, complete with hibiscus and wild flora decor.

Today I deliver a ‘JaMerican’ experience, filled with ambiance from my table to yours in personal, familial and corporate settings, locally, nationally and globally. I encourage everyone to recapture the innocence of a child's dream allowing it to catapult you beyond your wildest expectations.

Fried Dumplings are a popular in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean. They are fit to accompany any meal throughout the day, but they’re usually enjoyed with breakfast.

The dough is made with flour, baking powder a drizzle of sugar, and it’s easy to prep and fry up. There are other versions of these called “Bakes” found elsewhere in the Caribbean, but for Jamaicans, it’s all about the fried dumplings.
