The Bourbon Room NH

The Bourbon Room NH

The Irish may have invented it, and the Scottish may have perfected it, but with Bourbon, we made it our own.

Appreciating the wide world of whiskey, and all it has to offer.

Good afternoon all. After long consideration, I feel a desire to try again in restarting The Bourbon Room project. I am hoping to find backers to open my own space. Or if there is a place out there with either a desire to add my program to their current operations. A thought also is if someone has a spare underutilized room to create a unique offering, I am open to listening to all thoughts. I am quite flexible with my location and timeline. I thank you for your time.

The First Bar in America 05/03/2023

The First Bar in America What was the first bar in America? That’s a tough one because so many records weren’t kept or were lost over time. However, there are a few things we do know. We know that there was a brewery set up at the Jamestown Settlement in 1609 and that it was likely the first establishment created for ma...

Fearmongering, or just hysteria? Whiskey is a tricky needle to thread in forecasting though with all the aging involved. I remember back when K**b Creek had to remove their age statement on their bourbon for some years until supply and demand sorted itself out.

An important update regarding a potential new home: I am touring a space on Tuesday in downtown Portsmouth which has potential, the key being for the first time they like us in there as much as I like the spot.

At the same time I've secured a financial backer potential come later this fall for Phase 3. They crucial factor right now is securing funding for Phase 2 to lock in the space and get everything in order for Phase 3. Seeking any and all interested parties, backers, investors interested in getting in on the ground floor, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I thank you for your time.

Bourbon Lovers Unite!

Good evening all. I've spent the summer searching for the right location to restart my bourbon project, but have yet to find a suitable location. Either it's been too much, not a good fit, or the landlord is a no go.

Well, Friday afternoon I happened upon an ideal location right downtown in Portsmouth. After some quick calculations today I am very excited about the prospect.

I am now again looking for backers to assist me in getting this going. Don't you think Portsmouth, and the seacoast here, deserves it's own quiet corner of the world to explore and enjoy bourbon?

Please reach out anyone know anyone who can assist. I thank you for your time.
