We had successfully conducted and accomplished "Quiz competition" filled with knowledge , enthusiasm and ambitious spirit among participants.The program was really fruitful and knowledge worthy.

Entry fee : Rs 30 per team.

कारणहरू:

लक्षणहरू:
छालामा रातो दाग।
जलन र दुखाइ।
स-साना फोकाहरू।
कहिलेकाहीं छालामा चिलाउने।

रोकथाम:
कीराहरूबाट बच्न सावधानी अपनाउनु।

विशेषगरी वर्षायाममा घर तथा वरपरको सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिनु।

यस कार्यक्रममा विभिन्न अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलाप जस्तै हिले कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता, हिले भलिबल प्रतियोगिता ,हिले तातो आलु प्रतियोगिता सञ्चालन भए । कार्यक्रमको समापन आजको मुख्य आकर्षण दहि चिउरा खाएर गरियो।

Coccinia grandis, the ivy gourd, also known as scarlet gourd, is a tropical vine. It grows primarily in tropical climates and is commonly found in the terai of Nepal, where it forms a part of the local cuisine. Coccinia grandis is cooked as a vegetable dish.
Ivy Gourd is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium. These nutrients support overall health, boost immunity, and maintain heart health, crucial for individuals with diabetes to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Ivy gourd is said to have potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects that may aid in the prevention or treatment of diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and obesity. It also contains phytonutrients—such as saponins, flavonoids, and terpenoids—that are said to be good for the heart.
Iron helps transport oxygen to the hair follicles, while vitamin B6 helps regulate hormone levels in the body that can affect hair growth and health. According to the World Vegetable Center, ivy gourd is also rich in beta-carotene and vitamin E, which have anti-aging properties
