Single 10 frame deeps with Michigan overwintered stock for sale 200$, 170$ with 9 drawn comb frame swap. They do not come with tops or bottoms. I have about 70 I want to get rid of. 5 frame nucs 160$, 145$ with 5 frame drawn comb swap I have about 20 of them. Comb must be in usable condition. Also have Michigan mutt queens 1-4 35$ 5+ 30$. All queens are now marked.

Caught this swarm at a construction site in Ann Arbor while at work. Didn’t have anything with me so just used a cardboard box and a cup to start scooping some bees in. Very gentle bees and even without a bee suit no one got stung

If you’re anything like my husband, you go through boots quicker than a honeybee can fly! And it’s not from the boot scootin boogie!! These boots were purchased just over 1 month ago 😝😳 so I decided to wipe them down with some homemade beeswax leather conditioner to hopefully stretch this pair out a little longer! Shout out to Red Wing Shoes and Travis Sparrow for keeping the bees happy this spring season 🐝🍯🥾

Dandelions will soon be in full bloom, do you love them or hate them? Dandelions are the first abundant source of pollen, not only for our honey bees but all natural pollinators. Please leave them bloom as long as you can, for "when the flower blossoms, the bees will come"

Successfully completed our first hive cutout yesterday. We have been watching these bees for the last 4 years! They were inside an old unoccupied house that sits on our family’s hunting property in Tennessee. The house was said to have been built in the early 1900s and hasn’t been occupied since 1982! We don’t know exactly how old this hive is but it definitely has some strong genetics!
