I love to make my homemade chicken tortilla soup with a savory rotisserie chicken, but these days I can't seem to get to our grocery store in time before all the rotisserie chickens are sold out for the day. So today, I pulled out my Pampered Chef Southwestern Seasoning to saute up some chicken breasts. Easier than de-boning a chicken, and tasted awesome!
