As I am in the midst of one of the busiest chapters in my life, I honestly can say I feel the most at peace and centered as I have in my life.

I started really digging into this journey of myself 2 years ago. I can’t tell you how many books I’ve read, documentaries I’ve watched, nights I’ve gone down the rabbit hole .. it’s all brought me back to the same basic principles.
Your life begins to change when you truly start to ground yourself in gratitude .

This is and has been one of the best and most helpful tools I’ve found . It’s a simple exercise to switch your mind out of a negative thought pattern. “And I love it” . I had just read about it and then literally 5 minutes later found myself using it .

I went into my laundry room and looked at my massive pile of laundry. I immediately said to myself “holy s**t , I have so much effing laundry to do.” I feel so irritated . But then I remembered what I just read , so I tried it . “I have so much effing laundry, and I love it .. I love that I have a washer and dryer and I don’t need to go to the laundromat, I love that I have all of this laundry because all 5 of my kids are under one roof and I know one day they won’t be , I love that I have all of this laundry and I’m
Able to buy them the clothes that they feel most comfortable in . I love that I have all of this laundry and I have running water to wash my clothes.

As simple and ridiculous as it may sound, it’s been one of the most impactful tools I’ve ever used. It quickly gets you out of negative thought patterns .
