Micro Highlight: Red Cabbage

Red Acre Cabbage or Purple Cabbage is one of the most highly nutritious microgreens studied. 3oz of red cabbage microgreen has:

40x more Vitamin C than an orange
7x more Vitamin K than an avocado
30x more Vitamin A than spinach

As a plus, the greens have a beautiful purple hue on the leaves and a dark stem making a handful of these peppery micros a great addition to any dish!

For our Willow Glen neighbors, we will still be at our regular market location at Willow Glen Elementary, 9am to 1pm.

Red Garnet Amaranth Microgreen. A bright and beautiful addition to your meals.

Mature Amaranth plants are used as grains in ancient Native civilizations. An alternative to other grains like quinoa, it's an incredibly healthy gluten-free option. Also known as Chinese Spinach, the leaves can be stir fried as well.
