The fourth team to commit to the 2023 Ti22 Performance Inc. FAST On Dirt tour full-time is the Prosser Racing car number 19, driven by Sean Rayhall. Last season, Prosser was third in car owner points, having used 4 different drivers to get it done. Ironically, Rayhall finished third in driver points in his own car. A native of Georgia, Rayhall has a long road racing background but has quickly made inroads in the dirt circles. Now, Prosser has tapped Rayhall to take over the driving duties for 2023.

Rayhall was quick to point out that the pair has come together like an "instant family" and they have had a ton of fun building the program together. "I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to drive the 19 car for the FAST championhip this year", said Rayhall, adding that the team would soon announce its full schedule of events.

As for Ryan Prosser, he is a third generation racer, who has decided wrenching and owning was better suited for him. He has already planted the seed in the 4th generation of Prosser Racing. He pointed out that he is very lucky to have a supportive family and group of friends who "stick together through thick and thin"!

Clearly this potent combination looks to improve upon their results from a year ago. The Ashland, Ohio team will be utilizing Maxim chassis's with power from both Kistler abd Gressman. Along with Sean, the team is also excited to welcome the marketing partners and friends that include:
