Did you know listening to different frequencies can have an actual impact on your bodies hormone production?? If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or just need a reset, tune into 528hz frequencies on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music or Pandora. It only takes a few minutes. Put some headphones in for the full experience, if you can. If you don’t believe me, here’s some science for you. ⬇️

A study preformed in 2018 in Japan by Kaho Akimoto and Ailing Hu showed a significant increase in oxytocin levels along with decrease in cortisol levels in subjects after listening to music at 528hz after only 5 minutes of listening!! Sooo, happy hormones went up ⬆️ aaaand stress hormones went down ⬇️
Saliva samples were collected from 9 participants before listening to the music at 528hz, during and after. Bio markers for cortisol and oxytocin were tested in each sample. 440hz was also tested and though the experiment did show an increase in oxytocin and decrease in cortisol levels, it was not significant like 528hz.

Our bodies release hormones in accordance to our thoughts as a form of protection. I.e. you are scared, so a chemical cocktail of adrenaline and cortisol are released. Your body doesn’t know if you’re scared of a bear chasing you, or of your ex moving on. Your body can’t tell the difference. It also can’t tell the difference between past and present dangers. When you spend too much time thinking about negative past experiences, you physically put your body in the past. Your body will release the hormones appropriate to your thoughts, recreate the past and you will relive past experiences like they are presently happening to you. I don’t want you to be a victim of your life, I want you to be the creator of it.
One effective way to manifest a positive future and to live in the present future (not the past present), is to be grateful for the unknown. Think about all of the amazing, beautiful, deep connections you’re going to make that you haven’t made yet. Feel gratitude for the unknown success you will surely experience whether it be new opportunities, raises or promotions. Feel deep gratitude for the places you will travel to, the views you will see and the things you will learn that you have not even planned. You have so much future to be grateful for. Let’s manifest the life you deserve. 🤍

Fake it till you feel it, baby. A fake smile goes a long way.
According to a study posted in the journal “Experimental Psychology” in 2020, researchers found fake smiling can have a positive impact on your mood.
Neurologist Dr. Isha Gupta found that the mere act of smiling increases dopamine and serotonin in the body.
Not only will you feel happier when you fake a smile, you so look beautiful when you smile. 🤍

Your subconscious mind is most impressionable in this state. If you can train your subconscious mind to be positive, your conscious mind will follow.

Tip 1 of 3 towards training your brain to see the good in everything: Journal.
A 2006 study by Stice, Burton, Bearman, & Rohde showed that writing in a journal can be as effective as cognitive-behavioral therapy when it comes to reducing the risk of depression in young adults. 🤍
Whether you’re writing in a gratitude journal, forcing your mind to pick out the positive in your life, or writing in your overcoming journal, you’re training your brain to see the good. Sorting through your daily thoughts can reduce trauma responses (directing anger, sadness or anxiety where it isn’t due), increase serotonin and dopamine levels (happy hormones), lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and even increase self confidence.
