Day 80
The summer months are here to enjoy the sights and smells of the lavishing flower blossoms as they mature in the full sunlight. As the warmth of the sun warms us we too become more relaxed and feel more at ease to be more of our selves, to enjoy life to its fullest!
To Practice Gathering the Moon Cream Qi Gong:
During the full moon, stand in the moonlight facing the moon with your feet hip-width apart. Stand and look at the moon for several minutes, bathing your body in the moonlight. Then inhale, and raise your arms up above your shoulders as though embracing the moon. Imagine you are holding the moon in your hands.
Exhale, and continue to hold the moon in your hands as you move your arms downward, until the hands are level with the lower abdomen. As you exhale and bring your arms downward “see” and “feel” the moonlight passing through your head, chest and into your lower abdomen. “See” and “feel” the moonlight (“moon cream”) entering every part of the head, chest, abdomen and the entire body with calm, cool, Yin Qi.
Repeat these movements for 10 minutes, each time gathering the Yin of the moon into your body. Let the movements be relaxed, smooth and without tension.
Close the exercise by bringing your hands one on top of the other to gently press Dantian (the area below the navel), and imagine storing the “moon cream” inside the lower abdomen.
Afterwards walk around for several minutes to let the body relax and absorb the benefits of the exercise.

Day 63
Walking in the Maze today seemingly getting lost was not really about being lost, it was about finding ones way.
When you wake up it’s is called morning, did you ever wonder where that name came from or what it means?
The word morning is derived from the Middle English word morewen. Mourning is the expression of grief, the official period of time during which one grieves a death or the trappings of grief, such as black clothing. Morning is the first light of day or the earliest period.
Its a word that expresses a transition period of night to day, darkness to light. Do we grieve the loss of night? Do you celebrate the light of day?
The yin yang symbol is about transition and constant movement of life. We are always in transition of duality, light to dark, cold to hot, etc. Life is about the movement. Qigong is about skillful movement.
The moments we cherish are ours to decide.
Day 60.
Day 56
When you realize you only live once and it could end at any moment, how do you make your life worth living? What brings you the most joy you could ever realize. There may never be a tomorrow, this life is your choice because time is irrelevant. Love can live forever in those we touch. Even a small amount of kindness can affect and change the future forever. Choose wisely, choose what’s right for you, smile from within to feel the love in the world. Then stand back and watch the beauty unfold!
Qi Gong originated over 4,000 years ago.
Qi Gong evolved as Chinese medicine along with acupuncture and herbal medicine and has progressed as Chinese medicine over many lifetimes.
