I just received a text from Pauline the home owner with the deck, she works 2nd shift an has only seen the deck through texted photos. This is what she said :

“Yes I do.its very nice.thank u so much for making my home look nice.u do good work and I really do appreciate all you have done.”

We don’t publish every job we do, just ones we decide to in order to show the versatility in abilities we have at Level Up. This was custom from the start, you can see the home owner was in need of replacing the deck she currently had an we believe she’s in for a treat!!

Level Up spent time power washing an doing some quick tile work today! Have a great day everyone!

What we’ve been up to so far this week!!

Level Up is helping a recurring customer this week by giving 5 rooms a face lift with color and helping them get their kitchen a little updated before selling!! Today we worked in the kitchen while mud dried in the other rooms! We will be busy with this that’s for sure!!! Super appreciate the business and having customers that call us rather than others!!! What a difference!!! We were contacted by this home owner because well as you can see, she wanted an enclosed porch an ended up with.... this. Unfortunately the person she hired started an never completed only causing issues due to time passing so wood was wasted 😞

A whole new roof an joists, screen surround an plywood to help enclose the bottom an we finished off the look with lattice an a custom made door! Great work team!!

BATHROOMS BATHROOMS AN MORE BATHROOMS!!! Level Up Construction has had their hands FULL with bathroom remodels!!! We start 2 more next week!! Take a look at this transformation! We leveled out the flooring an had plumbing obstacles but it came out really pretty an all brand new!!

What a week! Level Up completed two jobs this week before Friday! Below is before an after, our customer recently took in their elderly mother an needed to accommodate her better with a walk in shower. The customer plans to paint an redo the flooring at a later date but we were happy to help make mom more comfortable in her transition here!!!

Another quick 1 day job for Level Up! Angie called an we delivered! We even installed the toilet for her (she planned to do it but we figured we were already there) 😊 Call or text me for your quote!! Booking fast! Currently 3 weeks to a month out!! So blessed an thankful!!

You guys! Today has been interesting!! While doing a shower reno (pictures to come) there was an unexpected plumbing issue UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE 😬 so what does that mean? That means Lindsay crawled in and maneuvered over a hanging pvc pipe, under joists and imagines herself skinny to fit under duct work with a very small opening just to get to the broken area!!! When I say it was a tight fit... I mean if your slightly claustrophobic this would’ve been your NIGHTMARE! (I was obviously covered from head to toe in dirt as photo shows) But, we managed to get the parts an fix it tonight! A little behind from where we wanted to be at the end of day one but we will still manage to finish tomorrow! Take a look at the fun!

This was a quick 1 day job Level Up recently did. We have been overwhelmed with customers needing our assistance when a prior contractor leaves a job without finishing. Erin hired someone and as you can see, they left near completion. So she called us an we got her squared away within a day! She’s really happy with the prompt services and can finally see the finished product!! We are so grateful to have her an so many other business!!

Update on the concrete!! Let me tell you the instant gratification is real with this job!! It’s still curing until tomorrow an I’ll post a final update at that point but here’s a few progress photos!

You guys!! Look what we did in 10 days!!! We had some really great people helping us get this massive job done so quickly an I’m personally very grateful for them!! Look at the photos below! From start to finish, great teamwork for sure!!!

Here’s another quick yet satisfied customer! Level Up installed drop ceiling in an area about 1200 sq ft all together, we got in there on a Monday an finished before the end of the week!

Level Up Construction just did a quick cosmetic tear down of a brick wall. The customer wanted to open up her entry and in the summer she plans to level it with dirt an plant over 100 bulbs 🙂 she was elated an we were excited to do it for her!! Call or text us today! 269-503-9761

The last 2 weeks Level Up Construction remodeled a bathroom! Originally it had a corner shower an grey walls with corrugated metal ceiling. As you can see we replaced the stand up shower with a new tub shower combo, installed purple board all around, and took down the old ceiling raising it 2 inches and put up new drywall. The customer decided in a plush pink color for the walls with white trim an ceiling for an accent. Looks great!!! We have been busy! Last week we started a bathroom remodel an should have that finished in a couple days (I’ll post photos). We also tore down a kitchen and put a new sub floor in at the flip house! Once the bathroom is finished we move on to a big job starting next week we install drop ceiling and carpet in a large basement with multiple rooms! Can’t wait to see the results of all of these improvements!! Stay tuned!
