This renovation had a kitchen that had not been touched since 1962! Once we saw the potential here, we could not wait to get started. (Is that oven not the cutest thing 😜)

The completely redone kitchen at 200 Robert, has New stainless steel Oven, Dishwasher, and microwave. Wondered 🤔where we have been?
It has been a crazy 3 months ... we have been busy!!

Our Robert St Project is almost complete and will be ready to sell this week 🏠.

I have been putting together the pictures and the transformation is UNBELIEVABLE. I am so excited to share some before and after pics that I can not wait another day. 🤩 So here is the first set of our before and after pictures.

My first share is the main bathroom. We took this dated bathroom and modernized it. The vanity now boosts a double sink, tile shower/tub, black fixtures and beautiful tile floor. I am in love with the clean lines and fresh feel.

The Robert project is technically the first home renovation my husband are at tackeling without actually living in the home upon completion. We purchased it strictly to transform the home for someone else to enjoy. If you take into account the homes we have renovated and lived in, then the Robert house would be our fourth remodel project.

It has been our dream to own real estate and renovate properties ever since we were first married. It takes a ton of hard work, discipline, and faith to accomplish a house “remodel”. Home renovating can be downright painful at times. Mentally, physically, and financially painful. Oh, well a little disagreement on colors or fixtures is good for a marriage🥰.

Please tell me your favorite ceiling treatment . 1- Bead board with trim 2- Open exposed and painted 3- Wood Paneling 4- Wood Plank or if you are really a sheetrock ONLY fan. We are having energized discussions in house tonight and we are split and need your help.

This or That Wednesday! 1. Dark Cabinets or 2. Light Cabinets ?? Inquiring minds want to know. We have just begun some remodel in our own home ( posting pics soon 😜) and have chosen to use a dark grey cabinet in our master bathroom. It has turned out so Fabulous! Although, in a bigger space, we are contemplating a combination of dark grey kitchen island and white cabinets.
What are your thoughts? No wrong answer 🤣

As many of you know, Paul and I have dealt with the 'aging' parents scenario. We will all go thorough it sooner or later. To be honest, it can be difficult or it can be something you are proactive about handling.
