Love this time lapse video! We redeveloped (with other partners) the brick building on the left with the arch, and are proud hosts for the Visitor Center for this amazing public park, it's a tremendous example of public spaces done well.

We drove by this historic school 2 years ago tomorrow and just this week we signed a contract to purchase and redevelop the same. Once done this will be our 8th historic school redevelopment.

Typically our projects utilize both the federal and Virginia historic rehabilitation tax credits in their redevelopment, both are vital parts of any historic redevelopment project capital stack.
